Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Shipping Within Australia
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $10 AUD
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $15 AUD
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 AUD
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
We offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery for both Australian and selected international orders.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
