Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Within Australia

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - $10.00 AUD
• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - $15.00 AUD
• Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $150 AUD

International Shipping We currently ship to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

Important International Information:

• Duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility
• Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
• We use Australia Post for international shipments with tracking
