Easy Returns Process

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can easily request a return through your customer account.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Log into your account: Click the profile icon in our store menu or visit this returns page
  2. Enter your email: In the 'Email' field, enter your email address and click 'Continue'
  3. Check your email: Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code
  4. Enter the code: Go back to our store and enter the verification code
  5. Select your order: Click 'Request return' for the order you want to return
  6. Choose items: If your order has multiple items, select which ones you want to return
  7. Provide details: Select a return reason and add any notes
  8. Submit: Click 'Request return' to complete your request

What Happens Next?

Once your return request is approved:

  • You'll receive an email with return shipping instructions
  • A prepaid return label will be included (if applicable).
    $12.95 added to your return for the shipping label.
  • After we receive and inspect your return, you'll get your refund

Return Policy

Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for your convenience

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 2-4 business days after we receive your return
